Definition¶
XST is a company that offers innovative technological solutions in the maritime sector and its derivatives. It constantly trains its employees to develop knowledge and skills in information security to protect personal information.
XST holds personal information about its customers and employees as well as maritime customer data. Only maritime data is handled by XST staff members. All data is anonymized depending on the data’s sensitivity. XST takes all possible measures to ensure a high level of confidentiality of its solutions throughout the life cycle of its data.
If XST needs to collect personal information, it will be collected directly from you. The request for consent will be formulated in clear and simple terms while specifying the purpose of the collection. The expressed consent of the person whose data is collected must be free, prior and informed to any maneuver. The legitimate owner of personal information has the right to be always forgotten and the right to data portability. XST ensures transparency regarding them.
